Dan Scott
Dan is a lifelong resident of Golden City. Dan has served in leadership positions in 3 other churches over the last 40 years this being his first call to be a pastor.
Dan’s gifts are teaching and exhortation and he and his wife Lorrie are thrilled to be given the privilege to serve FBC GC and hope to make a positive impact in this community.

Josh Lawmaster
Josh lives on his family farm near La Russell, Missouri, with his wife, Jennifer, and their young daughter. He enjoys farming, serving his church, and being involved in the local community. Josh is grateful for the opportunity to serve First Baptist Church of Golden City as a deacon.

Willie Brooks
Willie was called into ministry in 2005 and began ministering in jails and prisons in 2007. After developing a passion for reaching those struggling with addiction and leading an Overcomers group, he experienced the heartbreaking loss of his son to addiction in 2023, strengthening his commitment to serve others; with God’s guidance and the support of his wife Tammy, he is humbled to serve as a deacon at FBC, GC

Delbert Stump
DeaconDelbert has served this church for many years as a deacon as well as many other key responsibilities. While Delbert has been unable to be as active as he would like, we acknowledge his wisdom and leadership in our family.
